Located on the tranquil seven-acre campus of Mount Vernon Unitarian Church, Hollin Hall and the Meeting House offer a beautiful and serene venue for special occasion celebrations including Memorial and Celebration of Life services. Events may take place in either of two buildings on the grounds or in one of two outdoor settings. Each building has a separate kitchen and space for a reception following the service. Both buildings are handicapped accessible and there is ample free parking. Tables and interior chairs are included at no additional cost.
- The Fireplace Room in historic Hollin Hall can accommodate 50 to 60 people.
- The Meeting House is a spacious contemporary site that seats 200 people.
- The “Commons” area in the Meeting House warmly welcomes your family and guests. It features a stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating and a TV monitor where you can upload your photo-story videos for guest viewing at no additional cost. Piano and/or organ music may be arranged with no charge for use of the instruments. Additionally, you may arrange for audio recordings of the service.
Affiliation is not required with Mount Vernon Unitarian Church or any other church or religion. The minister of Mount Vernon Unitarian Church may be available to officiate if desired.
